WebLSJ has no ranged dps to speak of and if you spec for pure PvE tanking, which is what most LSJ are geared for then you will suck it in PvP. Good luck trying to run up to a group to get in 5m range while being kited and dire snared. Really, all LSJ contribute to a PvP group is saber intercept, which DSJ get as well. DSJ is the way to go in PvP.
