Webb20 apr. 2024 · The two things that have always made it hard to get that accuracy are its lightweight and those tiny, hard to see fixed sights. And they are tiny compared to some other fixed sight revolvers. If you really want to squeeze the accuracy out of a Bearcat, go with the adjustable sight model. WebbAlway liked the looks of em, ordered one couple days ago. Original model, anyone use one? Figger it would be a good grouse/fishin/light sidearm.

In 1993 when it was reintroduced they did offer a convertible model in .22LR/.22WMR, but it was discontinued and recalled, for what Ruger called a "cylinder timing" issue.
