It works on any mobile that supports DirectX 11 or 12 shader model 5.0. The largest difference between HDRP and LWRP is shader complexity. Unfortunately with shader complexity comes graphics responsibility. Adding up all I see here it should add up to 6.5gb, but that is including stuff like audio, navmesh and game logic stuff that shouldn't be in the VRAM.
