WebI had the flying avocado wrap and summer sangria. My wrap had a whole grain pita like bread, lettuce, Gouda, turkey and avocado. It also came with a fresh side salad. Overall I enjoyed my lunch, but was a pretty standard health food spot. Comparable to a true food kitchen, but a little more fast casual. I would come back for a nice healthy lunch. WebI got the Flying Avocado wrap which comes with a side of mixed greens (has a simple olive oil dressing which is perfect). The wrap was actually so filling I could only eat half. It's a great lunch spot and perfect if you need a dose of something healthy. The location is great too because it's within walking distance from central areas close by.
