WebJul 13, 2024 · About 2 weeks ago Telstra suspended my bigpond email address due to suspected problem. I use the Bigpond email address as my primary email in Outlook and Gmail. When they reinstated it, I couldn't receive or send emails in Gmail or Outlook. I called Telstra and they were able to get Gmail working, but not Outlook.
