WebJan 4, 2024 · Barney-15E. Look in Keychain Access, login keychain for Identity preferences (sort by Kind). If there is one for that site, delete it and try again. It can cache certificates in that identity profile and use the wrong one for access. I always try to use a private window in the browser so it doesn't cache the certificates.

WebI'm trying to access e-learning on my home computer. I installed the cac reader properly (it logs into other navy/mil sites like nsips, mypay, bol etc) but I keep getting the error 403 forbidden. I've tried both chrome and edge, reloading several times on both. WebDoes anyone have any tricks for accessing MNP from a personal laptop with cac reader? I am using windows 10 with internet explorer. I can go on all the Navy websites except MNP.
